Authentication

To interact with the API, you’ll need to configure the Headers of your requests. Choose the type of access required:

Session States

Understand what each connection status means to monitor your instances in real-time.

Disconnected

The instance is completely disconnected from the WhatsApp server.

Connecting

The system is attempting to establish the handshake with WhatsApp.

Connected

Stable connection. The instance is ready to send and receive data.

Limits and Restrictions

Instance Limit

The server has a strict limit of simultaneous instances (“slots”).

Rate Limiting (429)

If the limit is reached, new connections will return HTTP 429.
Free/Demo Servers: May have additional time-to-live (TTL) restrictions on instances, automatically disconnecting after a period.
