Send reaction to a message
Sends a reaction (emoji) to a specific message.
Provide only id and text. The chat and the author of the target message are obtained
from the message stored in the instance. The legacy number field is optional and ignored.
This endpoint allows you to:

Add or remove reactions on messages

Use any valid Unicode emoji
-
React to messages in individual chats or groups
-
Remove existing reactions
-
Check the status of the sent reaction
Supported reaction types:
-
Any valid Unicode emoji (👍, ❤️, 😂, etc)
-
Empty string to remove a reaction

Available parameters:

text: Unicode emoji of the reaction (or empty string to remove the reaction)

id: ID of the message that will receive the reaction
Common errors:

401: Invalid or expired token
-
400: Missing ID or invalid data
-
404: Message not found
-
500: Error sending reaction
Limitations:
-
You can only react to messages sent by other users
-
You cannot react to old messages (more than 7 days)
-
The same user can only have one active reaction per message
