Fetch channel message updates

Deprecated. WhatsApp does not respond to the updates query (message_updates): the API gives up after 10 seconds and responds 504.
For post views and reactions, use POST /newsletter/messages, which returns viewsCount and reactionCounts for each post.
Parameters kept for compatibility:
